HOW CAN I START PLANNING MY WEDDING WITH WEDINBOX?

The elements included in the box are a guidelines and best suggestions for you to follow and are meant to be adjusted as you continue to design your wedding day. However, changes may happen, you guest count may change as well as your colour palette; you may increase or decrease your wedding budget or your venue may be scaled differently than the layout included in the box.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE DELIVERY OF MY BOX?
  • We will deliver your Plan to Wed notebook to your door within 4-5 business days.
  • We will deliver your WedinBox to your door within 2-3 weeks after filling out and sending us back your client questionnaire, followed by your call consultation.

 

HOW CAN ACCESS THE CLIENT PLATFORM?

You will receive an invitation link to login to your wedding dashboard. Once you create a username and password, your client portal gives you electronic access to several of the items included in your WedinBox. If changes occur during your planning process, you can edit these items as you go along.

 

IF I HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS WHILE YOU'RE CREATING MY WEDDING VISION, HOW CAN I COMMUNICATE WITH THE WEDINBOX TEAM?

Everything is included in your WedinBox to help you plan your wedding day like a pro. But you are welcome to send us an email with your questions. Allow 2-3 business days for a response.

IF I DISLIKE THE DESIGN SUGGESTIONS MADE FOR ME, CAN I HAVE ANOTHER DESIGN PROPOSAL?

As humans, every once in a while, we might miss the point. Let us know if you feel unhappy about our suggestions. Although we don’t give refunds once we have delivered the box, we will call you to find out what went wrong. We sincerely want to make it right.

DO I NEED TO SHARE MY PINTEREST ACCOUNT THAT INCLUDES MY WEDDING BOARDS?

We want to get to know you better. Sharing your vision will help us understand your style, likes, dislikes, and interests that matter most. It will help us create a more custom WedinBox for your big day.

THIS IS A GIFT. I AM NOT THE BRIDE/GROOM; CAN I FILL OUT THE WELCOME QUESTIONNAIRE FOR HER/HIM?

WedinBox is an excellent gift for a bride-to-be or a groom-to-be. However, our questionnaire is very personal and specific to her/his love story. Our team will need the exact details in order to make sure that we’re creating the perfect box for her/him.

DOES WEDINBOX SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Regrettably not at the moment. We only ship in South Africa. For our delivery service, we use a courier contractor. Expect 2-5 business days delivery depending on where you live.

WILL THE WEDINBOX FILL THE NEED OF AN ON-THE-DAY WEDDING COORDINATOR?
  • We strongly recommend hiring a day-of wedding coordinator in addition to the WedinBox. Our wish is to be at your side in person on your wedding day, but we chose to be the virtual version of your wedding best friend!
  • The coordinator who will take over a few days before your wedding day will have all the necessary information and steps to make sure that your wedding day goes flawlessly.
